Finally find out if ADHD explains the pattern
Many adults reach their thirties or forties before anyone asks whether ADHD might explain the pattern: the missed deadlines, the unfinished projects, the feeling of working twice as hard as everyone else to stay organized. An evaluation is how we find out, carefully, whether that pattern fits.

There is no single blood test or scan for ADHD. An evaluation is a structured conversation with a qualified clinician, supported by standard rating scales. At Living Hope it is done over secure video with Ottilia Sibanda, a dual-certified Family and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
Your history
When the difficulties started, how they showed up in school, and how they affect work and home life now.
Rating scales
Short questionnaires that measure attention, impulsivity and restlessness against established criteria.
Ruling other things out
Anxiety, depression, sleep problems and some medical conditions can look like ADHD. Part of the evaluation is checking for those.
Your goals
What you want to be easier.
What happens if ADHD is identified
You and Ottilia talk through the options together. Those can include practical strategies, therapy, medication, or a mix. Our approach is talk first. Medication is used thoughtfully when it is the right fit. If ADHD is not the explanation, you will leave with a clearer picture of what is, and a plan for that instead.
Common questions
Can ADHD be evaluated online?
Yes. The evaluation is a clinical interview and questionnaires, which work well by video. You need a private space and a steady connection, and you must be located in Arizona at the time of the visit.
Do you evaluate teens?
Yes. We evaluate ADHD in adolescents as well as adults. Patients under 18 need a parent or guardian’s consent to begin care.
When are appointments?
Monday to Thursday 6 to 11 PM and Sunday 12 to 11 PM, anywhere in Arizona.
