How it works
Book
Patients with insurance book through our Headway page, where you enter your plan and see an estimated cost before you confirm. Self-pay patients book on our appointment page. Times are Monday to Thursday 6 to 11 PM and Sunday 12 to 11 PM.
Get your link
Before your visit you receive a video link by email or text. There is nothing to install for most devices. A phone, tablet or computer with a camera works.
Set up your space
A private spot where you will not be overheard, a steady internet connection, and headphones if you want extra privacy. A parked car works if home is busy. You must be in Arizona at the time of your visit.
The visit
You meet with Ottilia Sibanda, a dual-certified Family and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. The first visit is an evaluation. Follow-ups are shorter check-ins to see how the plan is working and adjust it.
Common questions
Is it private?
Yes. Visits run on a platform built for health care, and your information is handled the same way it would be in an office.
Can prescriptions be handled online?
When medication is part of your plan, prescriptions are sent electronically to the pharmacy you choose. Some medications have additional rules under Arizona and federal law, and Ottilia will explain what applies to you.
Who is telehealth for?
Adults and adolescents anywhere in Arizona. Patients under 18 need a parent or guardian’s consent to begin care.
What if I am in crisis?
If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988 or go to the nearest emergency room. Telehealth is not an emergency service.
