Medication Management

Medication Management

Thoughtful prescribing, and a provider who stays with you

Medication management means having a clinician who prescribes thoughtfully, checks in regularly, and adjusts with you over time. It is not a prescription and a goodbye. Here is how it works at Living Hope.

Talk first

Every patient starts with a psychiatric evaluation. Medication is one option among several, and it is only suggested when it fits what you need and what you want. Some people never need it. Some benefit from it for a season. Some find it is the thing that lets therapy and daily life work. The decision is made together.

What ongoing care looks like

Clear explanations

What the medication is for, how long it usually takes to work, and what to watch for.

Regular follow-ups

Shorter video check-ins to see how you are doing and adjust the plan if needed.

Refills handled

Prescriptions go electronically to the pharmacy you choose.

One provider

You see Ottilia Sibanda, a dual-certified Family and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, at every visit.

Common questions

I am already on medication. Can I continue care here?

Yes. If you are moving from another provider, bring your current prescriptions and, if you can, your records. Continuity matters, and nothing is changed without talking it through first.

What do you commonly manage?

Anxiety, depression, ADHD and PTSD, among others. Whether medication is appropriate depends on the evaluation, not the diagnosis alone.

Are there rules for certain medications online?

Some medications have additional rules under Arizona and federal law when prescribed by telehealth. Ottilia will explain what applies in your case at the visit.

Steady, ongoing care

We see adults and adolescents across Arizona, Monday to Thursday 6 to 11 PM and Sunday 12 to 11 PM.
