A more nuanced view of whole-person care
Living Hope Behavioral and Mental Health Care brings compassionate, individualized psychiatric care to adults, children, and families across Arizona, delivered entirely by secure video.

Living Hope was founded by Ottilia Sibanda, a dual-certified Family and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, to offer psychiatric care that treats the whole person, not just a diagnosis. She built the practice around a simple idea: that comprehensive, individualized care should be the standard, not the exception.
Every visit begins with understanding a patient’s full context and circumstances alongside their symptoms. Medication is treated as one tool among several rather than an automatic first step, and patients are active participants in building a plan that fits their life.
Mental health has always been more than a profession for me. It is a calling.
